Dr. Lamata Mitchell is passionate about helping others discover their potential as leaders. She is a certified practitioner in the Leadership Challenge Assessment and an Executive Coach with the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance. Dr. Mitchell is a seasoned higher education executive with 30 years of teaching and administrative experience.  She is the inaugural Chief Learning Officer for a national healthcare organization. She previously served as the Vice Provost of Student Learning and Success at Pima Community College, the Vice President of Instruction and Operations at Pima Community College, and the Dean of Communications, Social Science, and Humanities at Rock Valley College. Dr. Mitchell is committed to helping leaders become the best version of themselves.
